Luke Ravenstahl, Mayor, City of Pittsburgh (left) and  Dan Onorato Allegheny County Executive (right) present Michael Nutter, Mayor of Philadelphia (center) with an American Eagle Outfitters Tour of Pennsylvania presented by Highmark Healthy High 5 jersey.  Twenty teams will compete  in the six-day, 450-mile  Philadelphia (beginning June 24)  to Pittsburgh (June 29,)  stage bike race for the richest purse in history for an under 25 cycling race.  Free Health and lifestyle expos with entertainment will be open to the community at each stage
